Something not working?Send what you can see.
There is no ticket system yet. For now reports come in by email, and are answered by the person who wrote the plugin.
What helps most if you include it
- The name of the tool you were using when it happened.
- The ANSTA version number, found in Info > Tentang.
- Which Revit version and year.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened.
- A screenshot of the error message, if there was one.
What never gets sent
If automatic error reporting is built later, it stays limited to technical metadata. Your project file is not part of that, and never will be.
- The .rvt file or any part of the model.
- Geometry, drawings, and element contents.
- Folder paths and project file names.
- The Windows user name and the contents of any file.
