There is no subscription agreement because there are no subscriptions. What follows is what applies today, in plain language. The full agreement is published before payment opens.

Ownership

ANSTA is closed source software owned by ANSTA STUDIO. Using it transfers no ownership. The drawings and models you produce remain entirely yours.

Warranty

ANSTA writes into your Revit model. Every tool tells you what it is about to write before it writes, but no software is free of defects. Save your work before running a tool that changes the model, and check the result. Responsibility for the drawings you issue stays with the designer.

Code check results

OTTV Check, BGH Check, and Zoning Check are calculation aids, not approvals. Their output depends on how accurate your model and parameters are. What declares a building compliant is the authority, not a plugin.

AI Render

Images are produced by a third party model provider using your own API key, so that provider's terms govern the image and their bill comes from them. Google embeds a SynthID watermark in every image. A render is not a measured drawing and is not a basis for construction.
